Fine Art Show and Sale
August 21 & 22, 2010
This two day juried fine art show and sale is held on the grounds of Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park in Canandaigua, NY. Special reduced admission is $6.00 and includes access to the mansion and gardens. With the $1 off coupon, admission is just $5.00.
Arts at the Gardens features paintings, prints, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, glass, woodwork, photography, and other fine art created by 100 talented artists chosen from a large pool of applicants from across the country.
Sonnenberg’s Finger Lakes Wine Center is also celebrating their tenth year in 2010! Wine by the glass from a variety of Finger Lakes wineries can be purchased at the Wine/Beer Garden Tent. The Beer Garden features local ales from Rohrbach's and Custom BrewCrafters. Enjoy live musical entertainment. Visitors can find tasty foods from Kiwanis/Rotary Grille and Wegmans/Wegmans Canandaigua Catering.
Win an original work of art donated by an exhibiting artist. Chances will be for sale all weekend at the Raffle Tent. Drawing for prizes will take place on Sunday afternoon, and you need not be present to win.
New in 2010: Kids’ Tent with hands-on creative activities presented by Canandaigua’s own Unique Toy Store!

2009 - Best of Shows The numbers are just in and it is official – this year’s ninth annual Arts at the Gardens fine art show and sale was the most successful yet. Thanks to the combined efforts of 100 talented artists, 34 generous sponsors, 183 exceptional volunteers and 24 dedicated committee members, this year’s event raised $42,000 for the education and preservation fund at Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park. This is a 29% increase over last year’s proceeds, quite a feat in these hard economic times. Over 5,000 people visited this year’s show.
